La Paz Birmingham's experienced catering department can handle any size gathering with a variety of options for you to customize your Mexican fiesta.

MARGARITA SERVICE KIT
$30.00 Serves approximately 20 drinks. Includes the world’s best margarita mix, ice, cut limes, kosher salt, cups, napkins & straws. TEQUILA IS NOT INCLUDED. We suggest one liter of tequila per gallon.

10 person minimum. Please allow 24hrs for delivery and cancellations. $50 Service Charge Applied.

DELIVERY
$35.00 Minimum – Based on number of Guests and distance. We will deliver and display your favorite buffet in disposable containers ready to serve. (Heated chafing dishes are not included)

DISPOSABLE SET-UP
$75.00 Minimum – Based on number of guests and distance. We will deliver, set-up and display your buffet in disposable heated chafing dishes. This also includes our decorative party table cover and runner.

FULL SERVICE SET-UP
$95.00 – Based on number of guests and distance. We set-up with our festive Mexican décor, keep the food hot and fresh with our chafing dishes and return the next day to clean up.

EXECUTIVE FULL SERVICE
$150.00 per caterer. The Executive features our deluxe equipment package and one of our friendly experienced caterers to handle the entire event including standard bar service. We recommend one caterer per 40-50 guests.
